Extra Fees: We do not require a prepaid "draw-down" balance. Instead, your credit or debit card will be charged on a monthly basis for extra fees (additional mail, long-term storage, etc.) and forwarding costs.
Mail Scanning: Cost is per piece of mail, not per page. 200 page max per piece of mail scanned. Each fax received also counts as a mail piece scanned.
Bulk Plans: If you need more than five box numbers or expect to receive or scan more than three times the amount of mail included in our Premium plan, please contact support for a custom quote.
